ASAP is a small family owned company specialized in hiring out top quality summer houses at comperitive prices. Only the best is good enough for our costumers and we pride ourselves of a high service standard towards our customers.
Our houses are equipped with modern furniture and leisure items according to international standards in a scenic area close to the Karlstejn Castle, within an hours drive from Prague.
ASAP is owned by Magdalena Jirkova*, who has 15 years of experience as a tour guide for western tourists in the Czech Republic. Mrs. Jirkova will happily assist you in the planning your vacation according to your interests.
The location offers excellent opportunities for golfing, hiking and tennis as well as many famous sights such as Karlstejn, Prague, Koneprusy caves and more...
Our summer houses are located in the village Menany a few km away from the Karlstejn Castle and appr. 25 km west of Prague.
The houses are built in 2006 with a private garden, outdoor swimming pool (10 x 13 x 4 foot), sandpit and swing, fenced parking lot.
A public tennis court is located only 300 m from the house and a beautiful golf course is located nearby (more under activities).
The house includes a terrace area with outdoor furniture and grill. On the inside the house consist of: living room, kitchen, sleeping rooms, toilet and bathroom.
The living room is furnished with a fire place, stereo, colour TV with sattelite channels.
In whole house you will find a WiFi Internet connection (payment CZK 300,--/week).
In the modern kitchen is electric stove, microwave oven, dishwashing machine, refrigerator with freezer and a coffee machine.
The house has eight sleeping facilities in total. One sleeping room with a double bed, a sleeping room with two single beds and four plank beds on the first floor.
The bathroom includes a washing machine and a shower niche with a small tub perfect for small kids.
For the kids the house includes a baby bed, a high baby chair, various toys and as previously mentioned sand pit and swing.
